What You’ll Lead
- Define data science strategy across multiple biomedical R&D programs
- Lead, mentor, and grow a multidisciplinary team of data scientists, ML engineers, and bioinformaticians
- Architect scalable pipelines and deploy ML models across genomic, proteomic, imaging, and clinical datasets
- Represent the company at top scientific and AI conferences, elevating its profile in biomedical AI
What We’re Looking For
- Strong academic background in Computer Science, Bioinformatics, Computational Biology, Data Science, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Proven leadership experience in data science within biotech, pharma, or biomedical research
- Deep expertise in ML methods applied to biological data
- Expert Python and modern ML framework skills
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills, capable of bridging scientific and technical teams
